Refund requests
We want every parent, teacher, and student to feel great about MoneyQuest Jr.. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date. All refund requests are subject to approval.
How to request a refund
Our order process is handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to locate your order, or
- Email us at info.impactwf@gmail.com and we will help you start the refund through Paddle.
Most refunds are processed within a few business days. The funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window
Beyond 30 days, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Please contact us and we will work with Paddle to resolve it fairly.
