Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

MoneyQuest Jr. ("Service") is operated by Impact World Fellowship Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service in any way, you ("you", "user", "parent", "teacher") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are agreeing on behalf of a minor (your child or student), you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

2. Acceptance

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

3. The product

MoneyQuest Jr. is an online financial-literacy program for middle-school students, including weekly Money Missions, interactive games, a savings tracker, parent and teacher dashboards, and related printable resources. Features may evolve over time.

4. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or impersonation;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• circumvent any technical limits, paywalls, or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, curriculum, missions, illustrations, characters, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Impact World Fellowship Inc or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, family, or classroom use within your purchased plan. All other rights are reserved.

7. User content

When students submit answers, savings goals, or other content within the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payments, billing, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Student access to MoneyQuest Jr. is currently sold as a $5 one-year plan. Renewals, if any, will not occur without your explicit approval.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we will make a reasonable effort to allow you to export student progress data where feasible.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact World Fellowship Inc from any claims arising out of your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Impact World Fellowship Inc is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
